We are real estate developers since 1992 to present. We have developed large numbers of residential properties in several areas in the State of Kuwait, whether residential, investment or industrial, which gave us the ability to understand the nature of the Kuwaiti citizen, his requirements for private housing and his aspirations. This architectural edifice emerged from those experiences in a distinctive strategic location with a unique view of the Arabian Gulf Street in Hess Al Mubarak district.

I dedicate this work to my mother’s soul AFRA MUHAMMAD BIN ALI AL-ASFOOR the woman who devoted her life to raising and guiding me to be the man who I am, so it is my honour to name this masterpiece after her (Afra Tower) as an unforgettable memory for me and for my children.
